If you cannot pickup within 2 week please have your item shipped. I just don't have the room to store orders for extended periods of time.
If you are not fully satisﬁed with your purchase, The Pretty Things will accept returns for either an exchange or a full refund within 15 days from the delivery date with the exception of sale items and custom items which are FINAL SALE.
Up to 15 days from the delivery date, The Pretty Things will accept returns. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 15 days from the delivery date.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Any items that have a quality defect as reported by the customer will be excluded from the above policies.
If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps noted below.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and indicate the reason for your return. Please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours.
Please pack the items in the original box. The Pretty Things is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Ship your return with an insured mail service and retain your receipt.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.
If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you within the 10 day processing time.
For refunds, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-7 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company’s processing time.
All sales are ﬁnal on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks and money orders are not accepted. For security purposes, please do not send cash or include your credit card number in any email communication.
Charging your Credit Card
All orders placed are charged to your credit card through our protected gateway and the orders are shipped per the processing times outlined in our shipping policy. Orders are subject to veriﬁcation and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments, whether to the same or to different addresses, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on weekends or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping.
All orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for veriﬁcation.
Orders that are placed for preorder items as noted on the website will be held and shipped upon stock availability of the item. If you wish to cancel an order for a preorder item prior to the order shipping, please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
